I have extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of state and federal criminal offenses. I handle all types of criminal cases, from minor infractions and misdemeanors, such as traffic violations, to the most serious felony indictments, such as: drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, major drug cases including methamphetamine laboratories, theft and grand larceny, white collar crimes, embezzlement, money laundering, health care fraud, sex offenses, assaults, arson, conspiracy, domestic violence, and homicide. I also handle cases dealing with extradition, prisoner exchanges, special actions, appeals, post conviction relief, probation, and habeas corpus.

DWI- Traffic violations can have serious criminal consequences, particularly when a driver is accused of driving under the influence. A conviction on DWI charges may result in fines, the revocation or suspension of your driver's license, and possible jail time. In addition, your insurance company may increase your rates to an unmanageable level. In defending against an impaired driving charge, you have many rights as a criminal defendant, including the right to cross-examine the witnesses against you, even if they are police officers. An experienced attorney can make all the difference in such a difficult case.

Asset Forfeiture- I have extensive experience working with law enforcement agencies and state and federal government agencies in retrieving real and personal property that was forfeited as a result of a federal or state criminal statute.
